Just in case you live under a rock, Lucas is a film producer, screenwriter and director and is best known for creating Star Wars and Indiana Jones. Hobson has an impressive resume as well, boasting titles such as president of Ariel Investments, LLC, contributor to ABC’s Good Morning America and also director of the Starbucks Corporation, The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Dreamworks Animation and Groupon.

George Lucas recently made headlines for selling his company, Lucasfilm, to Disney for $4 billion in cash and stock and then immediately donating the money to an undisclosed education fund.

“For the past 35 years, one of my greatest pleasures has been to see Star Wars passed from one generation to the next,” Lucas said in a statement at the time. “It’s now time for me to pass Star Wars on to a new generation of filmmakers. I’ve always believed that Star Wars could live beyond me, and I thought it was important to set up the transition during my lifetime.”

The date and location for the wedding has yet to be made public. It is also the second time the producer will be walking down the aisle. He was previously married to Marcia Lucas for 14 years.
