A 12-year-old boy is accused of dialing a prank call back in October that sent heavily armed LAPD officers to the jOBS star’s home under the impression that armed men were inside. Kutcher was notified and was forced to leave the set of Two and a Half Men to make sure everything was okay.

The California boy made another prank call a week later that falsely reported an emergency at a bank.

The little prankster has been charged with two felony counts of computer intrusion and making fake bomb threats. He is scheduled for an arraignment on Friday in juvenile court. The name of the boy has not been released due to his age.

This particular type of hoax is called “swatting” for the desired effect of SWAT teams being sent out to the area of interest. Celebrities are often the victim of the hoax with stars such as Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, Tom Cruise, Chris Brown and Bruce and Kris Jenner being the latest victims.
