Lindsay Lohan Gets Locked in Rehab After Glitter Attack

Lindsay Lohan showed up 50 minutes late to her court date today, where she received a sentence for lying to police after a car crash last year, which amounted to the charges of reckless driving, providing false information to an officer and willfully resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer. She was suspected of having alcohol in her Porsche at the time of the wreck and disposing of it before the police arrived.

Lohan took a private jet from New York City to Los Angeles for her court appearance, and since the flight was delayed she was almost an hour late. As a part of her plea deal, she received five days in jail, 90 days in rehab, 30 days of community service and 18 months psychotherapy, in addition to several fines for her many probation violations.

Lohan, who has been on probation for drunk driving and shoplifting charges since 2007, is suspected of telling police officers that she wasn’t driving the Porsche that rear-ended a truck on the way to the set of her film Liz & Dick last year. She narrowly missed jail time, and she’ll receive credit for the time she’s already spent with a therapist. Some conditions of her sentencing are that she must stay clear of all drugs and drug users, and she must submit to drug testing.
