A new memoir has been written by Marc Eliot and it’s about Jack Nicholson’s alleged drug use throughout his career in Hollywood. The book is called Nicholson.

Marc Eliot states that Nicholson’s drug use began with LSD. He reveals:

Jack’s experiences with the drug were life-changing … He believed after taking it the first time that he had seen the face of God. He also had castration fantasies, homoerotic fantasies, and revelations about not being wanted as an infant.

Eliot also claims that when Nicholson got into screenwriting in the 60s, he enjoyed dropping acid, getting stoned a lot. Allegedly, Nicholson would greet investors with marijuana joints and was convinced that being stone helped him with his acting and writing.

Cocaine was a prominent drug throughout Nicholson’s career as well, Radar Online reports.

Once the 80s and 90s hit, Nicholson’s drug use slowed as he suffered physical problems and dealt with the death of various close friends.
