Fans of Paul Walker and Roger Rodas have been gathering together, signing a petition to change the name of the street where the fatal accident occurred. So far, a petition for the name change has collected over 2,000 signatures. As a dedication to the two, the name has been picked as “Walker Rodas Memorial Parkway.” Unfortunately, according to TMZ, residents are not on board with the name change and dedication. Their reason is that Paul Walker hadn’t done anything for their community … he just happened to die there. City councilman TimBen Boydston told TMZ that the street can only be renamed with support of the community, so the name change looks like it may not happen.
