Louise Leonard has won season 2 of The Taste. Leonard came into this competition on Ludo’s team, calling herself a “food stylist.” Her goal with her winnings is to open her own pub.
Lee Knoeppel, Jeff Kawakami, Louise Leonard, and Marina Chung competed in the finale episode of season 2’s The Taste tonight. This evening was the “Rich and Poor” challenge, with Jacques Pepin as the guest judge. The Atlanta Black Star describes the episode’s occurrences as this:
The mentors give their teams their final group challenge – creating rich and poor dishes inspired by various ingredients including liver, wagyu bef and foie gras. Chef Jacques Pepin is the guest judge as the final three are then challenged with creating breakfast, lunch and dinner within two hours in front of a studio audience full of familiar faces from throughout the series.
While Lee came in third place, Marina came in second, and Louis took the crown as winner of The Taste.
