Ramona Singer first shied away from talking about her husband’s infidelity on Real Housewives of New York. It eventually got to a point where Ramona dropped a bomb on Twitter. There has been a lot of negative attention surrounding the Singers because of their divorcing and the cheating scandals surrounding Mario. Read on for the facts on Kasey Dexter, Mario Singer’s mistress.

1.Photos of Dexter and Singer First Emerged in August 2014

Radar Online has published several photos of Mario Singer and Kasey Dexter hanging on each other as they walk the streets of Manhattan. And, by the looks of things, Mario either didn’t care about being spotted or things were really over between him and his wife. Radar reported:

In the wake of Ramona Singer’s split with Mario, the estranged husband of the Real Housewives of New York star was seen gallivanting in the Big Apple with the woman who allegedly came between the longtime Gotham couple, Kasey Dexter.

In Touch Weekly has also been publishing photos of the couple. Many RHONY viewers were wondering if the Singers were waiting until the sixth season was over to come out about Mario’s still being with his mistress.

2. Ramona Announced That She Is Divorcing Mario On Twitter

Though Ramona told Andy Cohen on the RHONY reunion that she wouldn’t comment on her marriage and that she and husband Mario are together and fine, Ramona has since had a change of heart. As the season wraps with the final reunion installment tonight, Ramona has come to terms with the reality of her husband’s relationship with Dexter and is moving on. Daily Mail further reports:

Apparently on that very day, Ramona changed her Facebook cover photo from one of her with Mario and their 19-year-old daughter Avery to a picture of just her and Avery.

Ramona’s been receiving an outpouring of love and support from viewers and even fellow Bravo-lebrities like celebrity divorce lawyer Vikki Ziegler.

Ramona Singer has spoken to People about her husband’s affair:

Mario’s behavior is embarrassing to me and my daughter. We aren’t embarrassed. We are embarrassed for him … I told Mario it’s over because he lied to me about still being in contact with this Kasey. I said, ‘You are a liar. You are a betrayer. I don’t want you in my life anymore. I tried to make it work for a year and that’s it. I’m done.’ My daughter even said to him, ‘If you don’t want to be with Mommy, then do the right thing and split up.’ She’s angry at him. It’s upsetting.

Ramona says she gave her husband many chances after the cheating scandal broke in January, but he blew it. People further reported:

Things came to a head on July 23 when she confronted Mario about Dexter in their therapist’s office. She says he denied that he had been in contact with her. When she pushed him about it the next day, he confessed that he had seen Dexter.

3. Dexter Was Previously In a Psych Ward

In a prior relationship, Dexter reportedly became obsessed with her ex and ended up in the psych ward. Radar Online reports:

NY socialite Kyle “Kasey” Dexter, admitted in court documents to being locked up in the psych ward with an “unhealthy obsession” over another married man just months ago, and she sued him for sexual harassment when he gave her the brush-off! Dexter filed an explosive sexual harassment lawsuit against her former lover Gregory Peters, who was her boss at Manhattan’s ritzy La Palestra gym, on November 12, 2013 … The end of the relationship and interactions [with Peters at work] continued to affect [Dexter emotionally and psychologically and as a result, in or around July 2012, [Dexter] was rushed to the Lenox Hill Hospital emergency room for severe panic attacks.

Hopefully, Dexter has a clearer mind when it comes to Mario Singer.

4. The Police Were Called When Ramona Saw Dexter In Her Hamptons Home

According to Page Six, Singer and Dexter had been seeing each other since at least October 2013 and Mario had been kicked out of his apartment by his wife Ramona. Hence, Mario was staying at the couple’s home in the Hamptons. However, when Ramona came to their Hamptons home and found Dexter there, things went awry. Page Six reported back in January 2014:

Ramona ended up at the home at the same time Mario and Dexter were there. Sources told us Ramona “threw a fit and called the cops.” When police arrived, Ramona claimed Mario choked her, while other sources insist the two did not get physical. Our sources said that after a while Ramona calmed down and then welcomed the officers into the house, offering them “a glass of wine.” We’re told the officers declined and left, and charges were not pressed.

5. Ramona Was Said to Have Sent Dexter a Cease And Desist Letter

According to Daily Mail, Mario Singer’s wife Ramona originally had sent Dexter a “cease and desist” letter when she was giving her husband a second chance.

The reality star couple’s marriage was put in jeopardy after allegations of infidelity by Mario, and a recent report claimed that they even had their attorney send Kasey a cease and desist letter. The legal warning told the fitness guru not to contact them ‘in any manner, fashion, or form … in person, telephonically, electronically, by mail or by any other means,’ as reported on RadarOnline. According to Life & Style, Ramona had her lawyer threaten the Kasey with jail time after allegedly receiving ‘unsolicited lewd, lascivious and salacious messages.’

In response to the letter, Dexter responded to Ramona’s lawyer with this message:

Notify your clients that I have over thousands of emails and texts from Mario and even calls from Ramona. As of last Thursday, [Mario] informed me he was leaving Ramona. So I hope [you] can understand the anguish he has put me through. He’s lucky I did not get an order of protection against him!

For season 7 of RHONY, Ramona told the cameras that her husband had not wanted her to talk about his indiscretions on TV, but she didn’t want him to have control over her anymore, so she was going to speak out. Witnesses to Mario’s infidelity have included Jill Zarin and Patti Stanger of Millionaire Matchmaker.
