They’ve been married since 1996, have three daughters, and still sing together.
Here’s what you need to know about the musical duo.
1. They Kissed on Stage
On June 5, at the 43rd annual CMA Music Festival, Hill joined her husband on stage to perform their duet, “Meanwhile Back at Mama’s.”
At the end of the song, they hugged, and McGraw pulled her in for a passionate lip-lock, while grabbing her backside.

The 2014 CMA Music Festival is airing as a three hour special on August 5 on ABC.
2. They Fell in Love on Tour
Hill told CNN, “It’s always been magic from the first, the first time that we performed together on stage, which was spontaneous combustion.”
According to People, during the tour, McGraw proposed in his trailer’s dressing room. When he went onstage, Hill wrote “Yes” on his mirror.
They married when they were 29 years old, and McGraw said it was perfect timing.
When we got married we were 29, so it wasn’t like we hadn’t lived life and been through a lot of things in our life and had grown up a little bit anyway. So, I think it was great timing for us and it was time for us to settle down and have a family and we knew we were right for each other.
3. Tim Cried When Talking About Faith Being the Mother of His Children
In an interview with Oprah, Tim gushed about his wife, and cried while doing it.
Besides talking about her “effortless” talent and stage presence, he teared up when he spoke about her being the mother of his three daughters.
Their family, who resides on a $20 million Tennessee farm, consists of three daughters, Gracie, born in 1997, Maggie, born in 1998, and Audrey, born in 2001.
The kids have their own space when they join their parents on tour. McGraw said, “Yes, they can have their own little bunks and all their little — they have their own little room with all their little toys set up and stuff.”
4. They Collaborated on an Upcoming Album
McGraw told CNN that his wife is the only person he can harmonize with:
I guess there’s people that don’t blend well but I think for us, I mean really she’s the only person that I can sing harmony with. I’m not much of a harmony singer, so and I think it’s because I just hear her voice all the time and I know what she sounds like and I know her phrasing and all that thing.
Their newest collaboration, shown above, “Meanwhile Back at Mama’s,” will be on McGraw’s album, Sundown Heaven Town out on September 16.
“”The moment I heard this song I knew it was something I wanted to record. I love singing with Faith, and the warmth and beauty of her vocal really made this song what it is,” McGraw told Rolling Stone.
They also sang together on “It’s Your Love,” “Like We Never Loved At All,” “Blank Sheet Of Paper,” “Just To Hear You Say That You Love Me,” and “Shotgun Rider.”
5. They Were Plagued With Divorce Rumors
On June 4, Star Magazine’s cover boasted a headline “Marriage From Hell” and detailed that the pair was getting a $135 million divorce.
A friend of Hill’s told the publication, “Faith has done everything she can to totally take over just about every aspect of Tim’s life,” the pal explains. “She’s isolated him from his closest friends, alienated his longtime fans and taken charge of all their money. I think Tim’s been at the breaking point for some time.”
McGraw is used to the rumors, but only gets bothered when he children get caught up in the fray.
Since we’ve been together, we’ve been getting divorced the next year. The only time it becomes something, it doesn’t upset me but it makes me take pause, is when you have kids and when your kids see something in a supermarket line or they hear something from their friends.
