‘The Voice’ Results: Ryan Sill Saved With Reagan James & Anita Antoinette Eliminated

Tonight, Ryan Sill was saved by America, while contestants Reagan James and Anita Antoinette were sent home. Watch the elimination above.

Kicking off the eliminations tonight was Adam Levine singing “Only the Good Die Young” by Billy Joel with his team of contenders on The Voice. After the performance, the first two safe contestants were announced as Craig Wayne Boyd from Team Blake Shelton and Matt McAndrew from Team Adam Levine. After some thoughts from the judges, host Carson Daly announced some more singers as being safe. First was Luke Wade from Team Pharrell Williams and then, from Team Gwen Stefani, Taylor John Williams was announced as safe.

Pharrell Williams later joined his team to sing the classic song “What a Wonderful World.” After the performance, it was announced that DaNica Shirey from Team Pharrell was saved by America, as was Team Adam’s Chris Jamison.

After a short commercial break, Taylor Swift returned to The Voice for a sassy performance of her latest hit song Blank Space.

The last artist announced as being safe for the night was Damien Lawson, which meant that Reagan James, Ryan Sill and Anita Antoinette were singing for their lives. Reagan decided to sing some Nelly Furtado. While she normally is a beautiful powerhouse, her performance was a little weaker than usual. It just seemed a bit off all-around. When speaking with the judges, Blake Shelton told his teammate that she has a friend for life in him no matter what happens. Anita performed “The Remedy” and it was a bit more energetic than Reagan’s performance, but some of the timing as well as pitch wasn’t exactly on point. Sill was honestly the best performance of the three, singing the song “Collide.”
