Alright, Alright, Alright. You may recall that prior to being a spokesman for Lincoln automobiles, Matthew McConaughey was something of a thespian. His first major role was in Richard Linklater’s classic Dazed and Confused in 1993.
The scene he auditions is his character, Wooderson’s, introduction to the movie. He famously asks the younger character, Mitch (what the hell ever happened to him?), if he has a joint. Also worth noting is the absolutely classic MTV Headbanger’s Ball t-shirt that McConaughey wears during the audition.
