Sofia Vergara is so ready to walk down the aisle! On Friday (May 8th), the Colombian actress and fiancé Joe Manganiello celebrated their engagement party at the Soho House in West Hollywood. It was an intimate event but it was packed with the Vergaras and Manganiellos family.

At the engagement party, actor and former governor of California Arnold Schwarzenegger stood up to toast for Vergara and Manganiello. “Congratulations to these two ugly people”, Schwarzenegger joked with the actors. “It’s so sad, but luckily they have me to aspire to, physically”.

In January, at the SAG Awards, Vergara showed off her engagement ring while walking down the red carpet. The Modern Family actress told Access Hollywood, “You know with me it’s all about the bling bling so he knew what I needed…I opened it up and I checked it to see [the ring]”, Vergara joked -acting out biting on the diamond to make sure it was real. “And then I was like, ‘Yes!'” she said while grinning. “No I’m joking, he’s so handsome that it I would have said ‘okay’ anyway”, reported USMagazine.
3.Vergara and Manganiello are Planning to Tie the Knot in Florida

The Magic Mike hunk and his future Colombian are planning to get marry in Florida, according to Perez Hilton. “If they could have it tomorrow, they would. She likes the idea of having it close to where so much of her family is. They haven’t made any decisions yet but are definitely wanting to choose a date and a venue as soon as possible”, a source told Perez Hilton.
4.The Couple’s Busy Schedule Conflicts With Their Wedding Date

The wedding will be either in the Fall, Summer or later in the year because of the couple’s hectic schedule it’s been difficult to set an exact date. Vergara has been busy with Reese Whiterspoon promoting their new movie Hot Pursuit while Manganiello has his new movie Magic Mike XXL to be released July 1st.
5.Vergara and Manganiello Have Plans to go Away for Their Honeymoon

The couple, who got engaged in December after six months of dating, are considering to hold their wedding at The Breakers resort in Palm Beach, according to Celebuzz. The future husband and wife also discussed wedding cakes with the hotel’s staff.
The venue typically hosts intimate beachside ceremonies for 50 guests, but can also cater to 500 people in its majestic ballroom. She told Celebuzz, “We wanted to get married this summer, but Joe will be busy working and promoting Magic Mike 2”, and added. “We want to get married at a time when we can get away and make time for a honeymoon.So the wedding will probably be later this year”.
