Ben Higgins is the next Bachelor, according to E! News. Higgins has been a fan-favorite on The Bachelorette and the next Bachelor star is often the third runner-up, which he is. E! News reports that Higgins has not yet finalized his contract, but that it’s “pretty much a lock.”
The runner-up for The Bachelorette 2015 was also reported to be in the running to be the next Bachelor, but producers felt that Higgins would draw in more viewers. “Ben H” was even trending on Twitter last night because fans couldn’t stop singing his praises online.
