Since his April 210 split from Russian pianist Oksana Grigorieva, Gibson hasn’t dated publicly. He broke up with Oksana, less than a year after their daughter, Lucia was born. Later, Oksana accused Gibson of assaulting her and she filed for a restraining order against him. Those allegations were dropped in May 2011 with the couple settling their custody battle with him paying her $750,000 for joint legal custody. Oksana later sued her lawyers claiming they gave her bad advice by getting her to sign an unfair agreement. One of the clauses in their settlement was the voiding of the agreement if she ever takes legal action against Gibson again.
