Things are starting to get interesting and, if possible, even more dramatic on the latest episode of Extant.
In the latest installment of the sci-fi series, titled “The Other Side,” Molly (Halle Berry) has started to succumb to the virus, allowing her to access some of her long-forgotten memories and answer some of her most burning questions. Of course, that also helps answer some of the viewers most pressing questions as well.
Meanwile, Julie is confronted with her own brand-new set of difficult choices and the Hybrids begin to seek revenge. Molly’s father (Louis Gossett, Jr.) also returns to the dramatic mix, looking to help his daughter in some of her darkest moments so far. Things also appear to be getting tense, and perhaps even a little romantic, between Molly and JD (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) who were spotted getting close in the latest episode preview.
Extant is scheduled to air on CBS on Wednesday night at 9 p.m. ET.
