When Gill was growing up, she never really saw her as a model because she had glasses and braces. She told Elle that she wasn’t one of the “hot girls” in school. Fortunately, she blossomed and her debut as a model was on the catwalk for Burberry. She also models for many other brands like Anthropologie, magazines and designers. Even Kanye West asked her to walk the runway in his Adidas show during New York Fashion Week.
She is Burberry’s first Indian model.

Zayn Malik and longtime fiancee, superstar Perrie Edwards, ended their relationship just a couple weeks ago, so Malik’s having a girlfriend may come as a shock to many. The couple was reported to have been on the rocks for a while.

According to the Daily Mail, Malik and Gill first met in a studio in London this past March, but nothing happened between them because Malik was still involved with ex-fiancee Edwards. Malik was working with producer Naughty Boy at the time and Neelam happened to be visiting her friends, hip-hop duo Krept and Konan, who were also recording in the building.

When Malik was still in One Direction, he and fellow band-mate Louis Tomlinson were photographed in “compromising” positions with girls other than their girlfriends.
