This week has been tough for Derek Hough and his DWTS celebrity partner Bindi Irwin. Last season on Dancing With The Stars, Hough severely injured his ankle and last week he felt a “ping” in it. In addition, Irwin’s foot has really been bothering her and we’re hoping an injury is not on the horizon for her.
On tonight’s episode of DWTS, Hough and Irwin are dancing to the theme song from the TV show The Jeffersons. At first, Hough and Irwin were dancing to The Jetsons and had their whole routine worked out. On Thursday, they received a call that they were not cleared to use that song.
One thing that was really cute this week though, was when Hough’s grandmother showed up to rehearsals on Saturday to watch and lend her support. Another woman who was very excited for Hough’s performance tonight was Miss Piggy. Have a look at a tender moment between Piggy and Hough below.
