Charlie Sheen’s ex Bree Olson appeared on the Howard Stern show to discuss her former fiance’s revelation that he is HIV-positive. She also dropped a bombshell of her own; she didn’t know about Sheen’s status. In fact, Olson only learned of Sheen’s diagnosis when he announced it on the Today Show.

Listen to her describe how she and Sheen occasionally didn’t use condoms. A bit of a warning, things get fairly graphic:

Sheen and Olson lived together at his Sherman Oaks, California home in 2011 with his other “goddess” Natalie Kenly. The former adult film star told Stern that she tested negative after hearing about the rumors of Sheen’s medical status.

Sheen announced during his TODAY show appearance that he had been diagnosed with HIV four years ago, saying that it began with  “crushing headaches” and “sweating the bed.” Olson told Stern she remembered those symptoms:

He would wake up all the time in the middle of the night complaining of these symptoms. And he would blame it on the steroids, just steroids that he took. A doctor came to the house all the time, and they would go into a room by themselves.” In addition, Olson claims that Sheen said he took medication for his sobriety and never contacted her before he went public with the news of his HIV-positive status.

Olson added that she hasn’t spoke to Sheen in quite some time, but that she “couldn’t be more angry” about being kept in the dark. Listen here for Olson’s side of the story:
