The Young and the Restless returns on Thursday with an all-new episode as Genoa City gears up for Christmas. Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) hosts holiday party guests while Victor (Eric Braeden) argues with Billy (Burgess Jenkins) at Newman Enterprises.

Victor Gets Aggressive With Billy

As Y&R fans are accustomed to, there’s no love lose between Victor and son-in-law Billy. After losing his family and job at Jabot, Billy has been doing a good job getting his act back together. He even patched things up with brother Jack (Peter Bergman) thanks to Phyllis (Gina Tognoni). On the other hand, Victor has been working himself to the bone in order to restore Newman Enterprises to where it was. Newman recently received $500 million in lawsuit money from the Abbotts and hasn’t stopped moving since.
On Wednesday, Victor gets aggressive with Billy, telling him to back off, according to Celeb Dirty Laundry on December 23. Billy tells Victor that neither of them are fit to be a father.
Nikki Raises the Christmas Spirit

Meanwhile, Nikki — who continues being Billy’s voice of reason to Victoria (Amelia Heinle) — is adamant about informing everyone just how well Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Sage (Kelly Sullivan) are getting along. Also, Dylan (Steve Burton) talks to Victoria about getting Nikki the Christmas gift she really wants.
Victoria will join Adam (Justin Hartley) in attempting to convince Victor to stop working and join the party. However, Victoria will exit once she gets wind that Billy showed up. Adam ends up working alongside Victor.
Traci Tries Pulling Ashley From Her Work to Celebrate

At Jabot, Traci (Beth Maitland) tries getting Ashley (Eileen Davidson) to join the Abbotts for a Christmas celebration. Ashley — who’s been experiencing repeated headaches — will want to work on the research instead. Traci recruits Stitch (Sean Carrington) and Abby (Melissa Ordway) — who don Santa beards and hats — with the attempt.
Later, Traci gets on Billy for his recent troubles. A remorseful Billy admits wrong. Traci says she had something in mind for Billy, but thinks there’s something else he needs to take care of presently.
