Glenn Frey and Janie were only married for about five years, from 1983 to 1988. Janie was a debutante from Texas, according to Huffington Post. An artist in Fort Worth, she and Glenn were drawn to each other.
Her family owns Beggs Cattle Company in Texas. The company raises commercial cattle and quarter horses, with ranching done the traditional way using horses. The business won the Charles Goodnight Award in 2005. The business has a long history dating back to the early 1900s. The ranches have locations in Parker, King, Kent, Stonewall, Dickens, Garza, and Cochran counties.
