‘Reign’ Spoilers: Season 3, Episode 10

Reign spoilers, Reign return, Reign

Things are going to get even more dramatic when Reign returns with its midseason premiere on Friday. (Facebook)

Welcome back, Reign fans.

It’s been awhile. Have we all had time to properly grieve? Not really? That’s ok. We’ll get through it together; with new episodes.

Luckily for us, there’s a brand-new episode of Reign back on our TV screens tonight. The historical drama returns with a new hour, titled “Our Undoing,” and, as you’d expect, things aren’t getting any easier for Queen Mary (Adeliade Kane). Before we get into the spoilers for tonight’s episode, check out the latest preview clip here:

Let’s recap, first.

Don Carlos (Mark Ghanime) is still alive, despite fleeing from the bedchamber after it was discovered that he’s interested in, well, slightly interesting things. That left Mary and Catherine (Megan Follows) to deal with the aftermath of that realization and, more importantly, nurse Don Carlos  back to life after he fell and cracked his skull.

Although the prince isn’t entirely out of the woods yet, Mary now fully understands that she might be forced to marry him, despite his instincts in the bedroom. This is, after all, about Scotland. This isn’t about Mary.

Of course, this is Reign and love triangles are part of this show’s appeal. Don’t assume Mary won’t be part of one in the second half of the season. In fact, there’s a good chance the young queen may find sparks with Gideon (Ben Geuren), one of the spies for Queen Elizabeth (Rachel Skarsten).

Meanwhile, Catherine is dealing with her own issues after accusations come to light that she poisoned the late King Francis (Toby Regbo). And that isn’t the only issue Catherine is facing. Lola (Anna Popplewell) will be astounded when she finds out that Mary actually suspects Narcisse (Craig Parker) of planning to remove Catherine from French court; literally.

Reign airs Fridays at 8 p.m. ET on the CW.
