The Young and the Restless returns on Wednesday with an all-new episode as Mariah (Carmyn Grimes) expresses her cyber project concerns to Kevin (Greg Rikaart) while Dylan (Steve Burton) questions Victor (Eric Braeden) on why he didn’t go the police when Adam (Justin Hartley) disappeared.

Nick Tries Making Sense of Dr. Anderson’s Motives to Sage

Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Sage (Kelly Sullivan) have seemed to rekindle their once dwindling romance. However, Dr. Anderson (Elizabeth Bogush) — who’s primary task was helping Sharon (Sharon Case) — has increasingly butted into their business. Sage — who thinks she’s onto something — has become very territorial towards Dr. Anderson since realizing her nosey ways.
On Monday, Sage lashed out at Dr. Anderson, telling her to “stay the hell out” of her and Nick’s lives. On the contrary, Nick — who isn’t completely buying into Dr. Anderson’s motives either — has been trying his best to take her opinions of Sage into account. This has bothered Sage.
On Tuesday, Nick approached Sage about the situation with Dr. Anderson, trying to make sense of whether or not she’s onto something about Sage.
“We should talk about this.”
“Talk about what?”
“Dr. Anderson.”
Mariah Fears the Trouble Herself & Kevin Are in With Victor

Meanwhile, Kevin hasn’t been doing such a great job at keeping his cyber project under wraps. Not only did he fall through on his word to Billy (Jason Thompson), but now ran into another issue with hacker Natalie (Mara McCaffrey). Last week, Natalie showed up to Genoa City and admitted to Kevin that she’d invested in other people. Making matters worse, she also stated that there was a glitch in the cyber project.
Worried for her safety, he let her stay and work at his place. Once Mariah informed her that she was “the girl” demanded in exchange for Adam’s freedom, she ran away. Marisa (Sofia Pernas) was mistakenly traded in her place.
On Tuesday, Dylan confronts Victor about the situation, wanting to know why he didn’t report Adam’s abduction.
“When were you planning on notifying the police about Adam’s kidnapping?”
Later, Mariah expresses her fears about what Natalie did to Kevin. Since Victor bought into a bad investment, she’s concerned for both of them.
“She sold the project twice. Victor is going to find out and then he’s going to come after us.”
