With the exit of Derek Morgan from the BAU, the cast of Criminal Minds may not have time to grieve the loss of their co-worker. (Don’t worry. Morgan didn’t die. He just left to become a family man.) The show is leaving no time for mourning with familiar face Agent Emily Prentiss popping in to track a serial killer. Prentiss (played by Paget Brewster), is a former BAU team member and currently works as Interpol Agent Emily Prentiss. On tonight’s episode, she and the team track an international serial killer. According to CBS, Prentiss enlists the help of her friends at the BAU when she becomes convinced the UnSub’s next victim is in the U.S. Meanwhile, the team is still dealing with Morgan’s departure. Agent Prentiss has been working in London for the past four years, but she always has a special place in her heart for her BAU buddies.
Actress Paget Brewster has been appearing on the show Grandfathered, but with Grandfathered ending filming for its first season, Brewster’s schedule opened up at a good time to appear on Criminal Minds.
