The latest Fifty Shades Darker happenings are in as actress Dakota Johnson (Anastasia Steele) was spotted on set in New Westminster, British Columbia on Saturday.
Johnson, 26, donned a zip-up fleece jacket, fur-lined boots and a black mini-dress according to Daily Mail photos.
Although Johnson and co-star Jamie Dornan (Christian Grey) — who’s real-life wife gave birth to his second child — have been filming scenes as the franchise continues moving forward despite rumors of production problem.

The onscreen chemistry between Dornan and Johnson — shown above during Saturday’s filming — is reportedly “going downhill,” reported Celeb Dirty Laundry.
The site stated that Dornan and Johnson — voted Razzie’s Worse Onscreen Couple for Fifty Shades of Grey — still aren’t hitting it off as Christian and Ana, with Dornan being more concerned about the birth of his second child.
On Wednesday, the two were spotted kissing on the movie’s Toronto movie set. Despite the less-than-ideal award, Dornan and Johnson — individually and collectively — have actually been nominated for two MTV Movie Awards for Fifty Shades of Grey: Best Kiss (Johnson and Dornan) and Breakthrough Performance (Johnson).

Meanwhile, Bella Heathcoate — who plays Christian’s psychotic ex-lover, Leila Williams — spoke to The Hollywood Reporter about how she was warmly welcomed to the Fifty Shades Darker set.
I was worried because it’s coming into something that’s already established like feeling like the new kid at school, but everyone was really lovely and really welcoming and hilarious. It’s a really good vibe on set, which I didn’t expect.
Heathcoate — contrary to reports — also elaborated to the site (read the full interview in the Twitter post below) about the strong chemistry between the film’s actors, something that’s continually been brought into question.
“I feel like the first movie did so well, so everyone is more relaxed on this one,” she continued. “It’s just a really good environment to be in.”
