The latest General Hospital spoilers indicate that Nikolas (Tyler Christopher) may be the one behind Helena’s (Constance Towers) death as there “may be evidence in a case against Nikolas to have him arrested,” reported Celeb Dirty Laundry. Nonetheless, Helena may get her best revenge yet from the grave.

Nikolas May Have Poisoned Helena

The late Helena has had a penchant for torturing her grandson, Nik. The site indicated that she’ll even do so from the grave, as the large photo of herself with a tea cup in hand that she left him “all ties back to her sudden death.” Prior to Helena’s passing, she did have sufficient enough info to get Nikolas incarcerated back in November 2015. He was involved in keeping Jason’s (Billy Miller) real identity from him. Although nothing has been proven, Nikolas — who exiled Helena to Cassadine Island — clearly had a motive to kill Helena.
On the DOOL horizon, “there’s more to come” from Lulu’s (Emme Rylan) empty envelope, the stipulation that “only the eldest Cassadine male can inherit” and “Helena’s final revenge,” stated the site.
