Who Is the Winner On ‘The Bachelor’ 2016 Finale Tonight?

It’s the season 20 finale of The Bachelor, but we’ve got the details on who the winner is. And the winner is … Lauren Bushnell. Check out a clip of the proposal above.

For the entire season, Reality Steve has said that the 2016 winner is flight attendant Lauren Bushnell. With the competition narrowed down to just Bushnell and Joelle “JoJo” Fletcher, her chances are very good. And, there are new reports that Fletcher is actually the new Bachelorette star, so, if that news is true, then there’s no way Fletcher won.

Bushnell, 25, currently lives in Marina del Rey, California and works for Alaska Airlines while Bachelor star Ben Higgins resides in Denver, Colorado. Bushnell comes from a close-knit Christian family, much like Higgins, whose faith is very important to him. Higgins’ parents were fans of Bushnell and Higgins got along well with Bushnell’s family during her hometown visit. The two just seemed to click and shared an instant connection since Bushnell first stepped out of her limo on the premiere episode of the season.

If it had been up to Ben Higgins’ parents, however, his mother would have chosen Fletcher to be his fiancee. Higgins’ mom reveals her pick in the below finale clip.

On the show this season, Higgins ran into a major issue when he confessed his love to both Bushnell and JoJo Fletcher. Since the show, he had to explain this to his fiancee and he has admitted to Bachelor host Chris Harrison that she was very upset. However, he also said that they are happy together and that he would marry her tomorrow if he could. There’s a good chance we could see Ben Higgins get married on ABC, just like we did for Bachelor couples Trista and Ryan Sutter; Sean and Catherine Lowe; and most recently, Tanner and Jade Tolbert. And, the rumor is that Higgins may even tie the knot on the After the Final Rose Special, so be sure to tune in.
