The situation between Jack (Peter Bergman) and Phyllis is tense; to say the least. With the knowledge that his wife kidnapped Adam, he must stay quiet if he has any hope of her staying a free woman. Phyllis’s revenge-seeking ways have been a cause for concern for Jack, who’d rather her let the past go. If Victor gets wind of this, he could use it to his advantage. Lately, Victor’s continued to lose any leverage he’s had to keep everyone in Genoa City under his thumb.

On Monday’s Y&R episode, Noah is questioned on why he left the scene of a crime and didn’t report his hit-and-run on Billy. (CBS Screenshot)

Meanwhile, Noah’s also facing legal troubles for his past. He had accidentally backed over Billy (Jason Thompson) after the latter was beaten up by Gil the bookie and his henchmen. Noah is questioned on why he left the Newman Enterprises parking garage and didn’t report it. He’ll be remorseful for what he did. Noah explains that he regrets listening to Victor, who told him not to come forward for what he did.

After finding out that Noah was plotting against him, Victor later told the police what his grandson had done. Sharon (Sharon Case) and Nick (Joshua Morrow) are there to support their son and Leslie (Angell Conwell) is his lawyer. Later, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) expresses her concerns to Judge Moxley (Jensen Buchanan). However, she won’t feel bad and suggest that “maybe it’s time for the Newmans to be a little afraid for a change,” stated the site.
