‘The Bachelorette’ 2016 Finale Spoilers

Tonight is the night that Bachelorette fans have been waiting for … JoJo Fletcher has narrowed down the competition to two men – Robby Hayes and Jordan Rodgers, both of whom have been scrutinized by the media as well as viewers over the course of the season. Both men’s true intentions have been questioned on and off the show, but JoJo Fletcher chose to continue relationships with each of them. So, who is the man that JoJo picks as her fiance? What happens on the finale? Read on below for the spoilers.

Robby Asks JoJo’s Parents Permission to Marry Her, But Jordan Does Not

JoJo’s parents Joseph and Soraya venture to Thailand to meet with Robby and Jordan. They also bring JoJo’s half-brothers Matt and Ben, and her sister Rachel along to assist JoJo in her decision. Apparently, Jordan does not ask JoJo’s parents for permission, while Robby Hayes sits down with them and does ask for JoJo’s hand in marriage.

A source from the show told Us Weekly:

It was important to JoJo that the guys get her parents’ permission before proposing. JoJo viewed it as disrespectful that he didn’t.

When JoJo hears that Jordan didn’t ask her parents for permission to marry her, she was blown away and visibly became upset. Then, when JoJo and Jordan discuss his reasons for not asking for her parents’ blessing, Jordan’s answers are not clear. JoJo becomes confused and admits to be scared by his responses.

Later on, Jordan calls JoJo’s parents on the phone and asks them for their blessing, which they grant him.

ABC reports:

When Jordan arrives, JoJo’s mom has some reservations. She feels they might be too similar and fears that could spell trouble down the line … The Fletchers, however, immediately connect with Robby. His poise, passion and adoration of JoJo leaves a lasting impression on them. His conversation with her parents seals the deal with them.

If Robby has it his way, he and JoJo will be married with kids, sipping Savignon Blanc on the sofa with their children making noise in the background … and this will all happen in the next three years …

JoJo Tells the Runner-Up She Wanted the Winner to Be Him

Us Weekly reported that the runner-up could barely make eye contact with JoJo when she rejected him on the finale. A show insider revealed:

JoJo was sobbing. She told him, ‘I wanted it to be you.’

The insider also stated that JoJo’s mother thought Jordan Rodgers seemed like a player, but they seemed to like Robby as the insider stated:

Everyone thought he was husband material. Later they told JoJo that they liked the other man too, but they thought the second would be more loyal and a better fit.

Robby Hayes took the break up pretty well considering he was about to propose and got rejected.

Jordan Rodgers Is the Winner

Several websites have speculated that Bachelorette guru Reality Steve’s reports about this season’s alleged winner are false. However, Reality Steve insists he is not wrong when it comes to what he knows about this season. Reality Steve reports that Jordan Rodgers is the winner … and he is correct.

Even though Reality Steve reported Jordan as the man who JoJo picked as her fiance, he says that their relationship is far from perfect. In fact, he says they may only be together to “save face”, if they are still together at all. Reality Steve stated:

If come Monday these two tell us on the ATFR they’re no longer together, I wouldn’t be the least bit surprised. And if they are together, I think they might just be telling us that to protect their pride. There’s just too many things I’ve heard over the past 3-4 weeks or so that suggest not everything is perfect in their world and they are ignoring all the haters.

Watching the Final Rose…in my opinion she should have kept and chosen Chase. He was so nice and he seemed the most sincere in his love for JoJo.
