Mad City introduces a new character, Valerie Vale (Jamie Chung, Once Upon A Time), who is the aunt of comics character Vicki Vale. According to TVLine, Valerie has some information Jim could use to find Fish Mooney (Jada Pinkett Smith), but she wants to join him on the hunt.
"Jim likes that she’s so aggressive, that she’s so unapologetic," McKenzie said of the new character. "She almost literally slaps him back into taking stock of his life, and that’s something that a guy in his position can appreciate." (Jeff Neumann/FOX)
