The Goldbergs is back for its fourth season to take audiences back to the 1980s through the eyes of Adam Goldberg, played by Sean Giambrone. He’s entering his first year of high school in season four and is hoping to change things up with a new persona. Will it work? Read on for a preview of the episode and to learn when it debuts.

After tribute episodes for Ferris Beuller’s Day Off, Dirty Dancing and Risky Business, the season four premiere is all about The Breakfast Club. Somehow, all three Goldberg kids will end up in Saturday detention, and we suspect it has something to do with their mom (Wendi McLendon-Covey) now working as a substitute teacher at their school.
