Nick Zano as Dr. Nate Haywood/Citizen Steel
The first of the two new full-time Legends members is Dr. Hate Haywood, also known as Citizen Steel, who was a member of the JSA. His grandfather was Commander Steel. In the 2015-2016 season, Nick Zano appeared in Fox's Minority Report, which only lasted a season. His other credits include 2 Broke Girls, Happy Endings and One Big Happy. (Diyah Pera/The CW)
