This ghost garland couldn't be easier to make. You'll need a strand of white lantern lights in whatever size you prefer, and some cotton fabric. Simply remove the lantern from the light, wrap the lantern in a square piece of fabric, and draw some eyes on. Once you place the light back inside, you've got your own ghost garland.
