Thanks to a made-for-TV remake of the cult musical The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Fox has put Pitch on the bench, at least for a week. The next episode of the series, “Alfonzo Guzman-Chavez,” will not air until Thursday, October 27 at 9 p.m. ET.

Pitch stars Kylie Bunbury as Ginny Baker, the first woman to pitch in Major League Baseball. The series has followed her struggles to fit in and figure out how to balance her personal life with her baseball career.

The cast also features Mark-Paul Gosselaar as catcher Mike Lawson, Mo McRae as Blip Sanders and Mark Consuelos as Padres general manager Oscar Arguella.

If fans of Pitch want to see more of Ginny Baker, they are going to have to start tuning in live. As TVLine noted, last week’s episode drew just a 0.8 rating in the 18-49 demographic. Fox has not picked up the show for a full season yet.

Here’s the episode description for “Alfonzo Guzman-Chavez”:

The Padres are on edge, as rumors of the team potentially trading Blip emerge. Meanwhile, Oscar tries to navigate working with the Padres’ interim president; and Mike attempts to mend his relationship with Amelia.
