The world has lost a music icon as singer George Michael has unexpectedly passed away. His publicist has released the following statement to BBC, explaining:

It is with great sadness that we can confirm our beloved son, brother and friend George passed away peacefully at home over the Christmas period. The family would ask that their privacy be respected at this difficult and emotional time. There will be no further comment at this stage.

Over the years, George Michael was involved in many relationships, but he was not married when he died. His current boyfriend Fadi Fawaz is reported to have found Michael dead.

In 2007, Michael confessed that:

I used to sleep with women quite a lot in the Wham! days but never felt it could develop into a relationship because I knew that, emotionally, I was a gay man. I didn’t want to commit to them but I was attracted to them. Then I became ashamed that I might be using them.

In 2009, he stated that he was depressed in his WHAM! days when he realized he was not bisexual and that he was gay.

In the 1990s, Michael engaged in a relationship with a dress designer named Anselmo Feleppa, who had HIV. A couple years after meeting, Feleppa passed away. Michael’s single “Jesus to a Child” is a tribute to the designer. George Michael’s childhood pal Andros Georgiou talked to The Sun about when he and Michael found out that Feleppa died. He remembered:

I yelled. He came running. He got halfway across the lounge when he saw
my face. He collapsed.

Georgiou then revealed that:

The day after Anselmo passed, my wife Jackie told me she was pregnant. I couldn’t believe the timing, I took this as a sign — as one life leaves, another one arrives. Nine months later Harrison Anselmo Georgiou was born, named in honor of one of the nicest people you could ever want to meet, and, of course, Yog was to be his godfather.

According to GQ, the day that Feleppa died, Michael decided to come out to his parents as gay.

Michael also was reportedly in a relationship with a flight attendant named Kenny Goss, who he met in 1996. In 2004, Michael opened up about finding out his mother had cancer just after meeting Goss. His mother passed away in 1997. In 2004, Michael told GQ about what a great support system Goss provided him with, explaining:

He was there to put his arms around me and remind me there was something positive going on. I was never without stress from the moment I found out about Mum’s cancer, but Kenny waited and he finally got to see me healthy and happy last year.

Brooke Shields discussed a past relationship she had with Michael at a very young age, as The Mirror reported in 2014. Shields stated that she thought “it was love” because Michael was a “remarkable, respectful and patient gentleman”. Shields wrote about the relationship in her book “There Was a Little Girl: The Real Story of My Mother and Me.”

In 2015, Michael was spotted out with then-reported boyfriend Fadi Fawaz in Switzerland. At the time of the sighting, Daily Mail reports that Michaels was denying claims that he was addicted to drugs.

  3. Fare well George, I,ve listened to your songs over the years, and they have inspired me and helped me along in life, in the bad times i have endured, and by listening to your songs have carried on.
A crying shame you haven’t sung into higher age…but I always say there’s a reason only known to your self, as to why…
All the best and fare well…

  4. The list goes on..of beautiful people with great talent…struck down in the prime
    of their lives…and we mourn……

But why are their beautiful bodies unable to live on? Maybe it is because use of this
beautiful bodies require following of an instruction manual…which indicate that each body part has been created for specific purpose.

The part for disposal of body waste should not be used to experience the pleasure
of procreation regardless of what the problem may be…The misuse of body parts
will damage not only the parts but the body as a whole. This is true to all products.

This is common sense. I am just a messenger of the truth so please do not shoot me.
