Carly Rae Jepsen Teases New Album Title on Twitter

Kicking off this year in a big way with a performance of “O Canada” at the 2017 NHL All-Star Game in late January (and debuting a new hairdo), Carly Rae Jepsen is starting to share more information about her upcoming album. She even teased the title for her fans on social media.

Is this the new album’s title? “99¢ Dreams” would fit with Jepsen’s other titles, with the unique stylization as well.

The title and the release date have yet to be officially released, but we are aware of some of her songwriting partners that she’s working with on her new songs, thanks to Idolator. Jepsen’s working in Sweden and all over the world with producers like The Knocks, Noonie Bao, Patrick Berger and Jack Antonoff.

Jepsen recently told the Vancouver Sun that her songs might feature some disco influences, too. “I can’t explain what we’re doing right now, but we’re very much into disco-y things, whatever this next album may or may not turn out to be,” the singer said. “But I’m very much referencing ABBA a lot, and the Bee Gees, all of that stuff.”

We also know that Jepsen has been sharing her new mixes with friends, thanks to this Instagram post:
