(Disney/Tangled)

Disney’s new animated series, Tangled, begins tonight. If you can’t watch it live on TV, there are ways that you can live stream the show even if you don’t have cable. If you’d like to watch the premiere as it airs and you need to watch it on your computer, phone, or tablet, read on for instructions below. There are options for people with or without cable.

The show premiered at 7:30 p.m. Eastern, but it’s airing again tonight at 10:10 p.m. Eastern.

You Can Watch the Premiere, At Any Time, on Disney’s Website

If you missed the premiere, you’re in luck. You can watch it on Sling TV or on Disney’s livestream. However, the episode is also available right now on Disney’s website for free. You can watch it at this link and you don’t even need a cable subscription to watch it. Looks like the 54 minute episode is online for everyone to view, and episode 2, clocking in at 22:33, is already online too.

If You’re in the United States & You Don’t Have a Cable or Satellite Subscription That Doesn’t Include Disney

Looking for other options to watch the show? Here are some more ways to catch it.

On the Web:

Users without a cable subscription can watch the premiere — and all other Disney programming — through Sling TV, an online streaming service that provides access to a handful of channels for a monthly fee. You’ll need to use the service’s orange package, which includes Disney. You can watch a week’s worth of Disney for free via Sling’s free 7-day trial.

To sign up for Sling’s trial using a credit card, follow these steps:

1. Click here to sign up for Sling TV. You’ll need to enter your credit card information when signing up, but if you cancel your subscription before the trial period ends, you will not be charged.

2. When you sign up, you’ll be prompted to select Sling’s orange package. You can get there directly from this link. You’ll also have the option to add extra packages, all of which come with a monthly fee but are included in the free trial. But if you’re primarily interested in watching the premiere episode, all you need is the orange package.

3. Download the Sling desktop app, and navigate over to Disney.

With an App:

Users with a subscription to Sling TV can watch it on the Sling app, which you can download for free in the App store or the Google Play store. There’s also a Sling app for Roku, Chromecast, Nexus player, ZTE and XBox One. Click here for a full list of compatible devices. Click here to sign up for Sling TV. You’ll need to enter your credit card information when signing up, but if you cancel your subscription before the 7-day trial period ends, you will not be charged.

If You Have a Cable Subscription That Includes Disney

On the Web:

If you have a cable or satellite subscription that includes Disney, you can watch the premiere of Tangled for free, at this link. You’ll have to sign in to watch the full episodes as they air. First you have to choose your cable provider, then you’ll be asked to do an in-home validation. For some, the validation will sign you in automatically if it detects your network. Others may need to create an account and use their cable username and password to complete the process.
