Aaliyah Rose
Aaliyah Rose's family lives with her grandparents because they struggle financially and her family is very supportive of her dreams. She grew up always singing around the house and competed in singing contests as well as at fairs. Rose ended up creating a YouTube channel and started getting a major following. One of her videos is a cover of a Meghan Trainor song and it gained over 5 million views. Trainor ended up posting her video as well as taping a video message for Rose, encouraging her for her Voice audition. Rose picked the song "Rise Up" by Andra Day for her blind audition performance. Gwen Stefani turned her chair around towards the beginning of the song and she was the only coach to compete for her, which meant that Rose automatically was on her team.
