On tonight’s episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kim Kardashian-West goes in for a surgery on her uterus, in hopes of getting her body in good enough shape to conceive and safely carry a child. Previously, KUWTK viewers have seen Kardashian go through many procedures and visit doctors to discuss her possibilities of having a third baby. Currently, she is mother to son Saint and daughter North with husband Kanye West.

In the past, Kardashian was told that trying to have a third child was not a good idea. When discussing her desires with her family on tonight’s show, she says that she is going through with a surgery to help repair a hole in her uterus. She says that hopefully this will allow her to have a third kid, though the pregnancy would still be very high-risk if she were to get pregnant again. Her sisters and her mother’s longtime boyfriend share their concerns, but Kardashian seems determined. Even so, Kardashian explains to the cameras that:

Having more kids is definitely gonna be a struggle. I’ve gone through so much with really bad deliveries that the doctors don’t feel like it’s safe for me to conceive again myself. This surgery is really the one last thing I can try … I want my kids to have siblings and I want to know that I did everything that I could to make this happen.

So, is this Kardashian’s way of telling fans that she is pregnant? There has been no news of Kardashian expecting, so we’re guessing there is no bun in the oven, at least for now. However, in February 2017, there was speculation that Kardashian was carrying baby number three, according to Life & Style Magazine. When Kardashian retweeted this message online, fans were in a frenzy:

[Retweet] if you’re getting pregnant in time for Kim and Kanye [West’s] kids line launch.

Both of Kardashian’s pregnancies came with serious complications, so a third pregnancy could be very dangerous. Extra TV reports that Kardashian previously dealt with toxemia and retained placenta. When Kardashian had her first child, daughter North, she wrote about the ordeal on her website, stating:

I had a condition called preeclampsia, which is a serious condition you can get during pregnancy; often, the only way to get rid of it is to deliver early to protect yourself and the baby… We induced my labor and I had North soon after. Right after delivery, the placenta usually then comes out. Mine did not. My placenta stayed attached inside my uterus, which is a condition called placenta accreta. This is a high-risk condition that happens when the placenta grows too deeply into the uterine wall. My doctor had to stick his entire arm in me and detach the placenta with his hand, scraping it away from my uterus with his fingernails.

Do you think it’s a good idea for Kardashian should risk her health to get pregnant?
