The celebrity gameshow Big Star’s Little Star premieres tonight on USA with a family-packed episode that features Todd Chrisley and his son Grayson, Marissa Jaret Winokur and his son Zev, and Chad Johnson and his daughter Ch’iel.
In April, The Hollywood Reporter announced that the cable network series would be hosted by Emmy winner Cat Deeler.
The show pairs stars from entertainment and sports with their children in a test of their knowledge. The $25,000 earned by the winning team will go towards the charity of their choice. The kids will be asked some hysterical questions, like what Todd Chrisley’s favorite body part is, why Gilles Marini’s puppy is an “unwelcome bedfellow”, and what parents tend to forget.
In a recent interview with TV Insider, Cat Deeley said, “I think more than anything [kids] love embarrassing their mums and dads…They’re all amazing in their fields, so to take them out of their comfort zones and put them next to the things that matter most in the world to them and just watch them be really honest with each other is brilliant.”
