Pippa Middleton married James Matthews on Saturday, May 20. The couple made sure to keep their intimate wedding details as private as possible while they planned their big day. However, details about Middleton’s dress have now been revealed with plenty of photos for all the see.

The sister of Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge, wore a long wedding down designed by British designer, Giles Deacon. Her tulle veil designed by Stephen Jones. Her veil was complimented by a headpiece made of embroidered pearls. She closed out the ensemble with ivory-hued Manolo Blahnik pumps, according to USA Today.

The stunning gown featured cap sleeves, showing off Middleton’s toned arms, and a corseted waist, complimenting her slender figure. The bottom of the gown featured large pleats and there was a slight train, though it was minimal in comparison to that of Kate Middleton’s. The dress was covered in a floral-patterned lace that was sewn on by hand.

“The silk cotton lace was hand-appliquéd, and the bodice was embroidered with pearl detailing over an organza and tulle underskirt,” Us Weekly reports. The back of the dress featured a “heart-shaped detail,” which was classic and tasteful while still being sexy.

“The bespoke silk cotton lace was hand appliquéd to create an illusion of the dress having ‘no seams.’ The lace bodice is embroidered with pearl detailing over an organza and tulle underskirt, which has layer upon layer to enable a floor-sweeping movement. It’s a privilege to show the craftsmanship that my team produces in London and a real testament to Pippa’s support of British fashion,” Deacon said about the gown he created in a statement.

It was long speculated that Deacon would design Middleton’s gown. In November 2016, the famed designed was seen at the home of Pippa Middleton’s mother, Carole, carrying some “special packages” including a large black dress bag, as seen in photos posted by the Daily Mail. Deacon’s assistant was also at the Middleton’s home and was spotted carrying another large dress bag, which fueled speculation that the two were bringing dresses for the then-bride-to-be to try on.

“Although it is not clear what was inside the dress bag, the meeting comes after several top bridal designers shared their versions of what they believe she should wear on her big day. Fashion experts have suggested that Deacon – who worked for Gucci before setting up his own label GILES in 2003 – should be the one who designs the dress. The experienced designer, who grew up in Ullswater in the Lake District, has made clothes for a host of A-list celebrities including Hollywood actress Scarlett Johansson, 31,” the Daily Mail reported at the time.

Middleton and Matthews tied the knot at St. Mark’s Church in Englefield, Berkshire, where Middleton was walked down the aisle by her father, Michael Middleton. Their reception is being held at the Middleton’s estate in Bucklebury.
