For season 3, OITNB ended up getting released six hours earlier, so you never know if this could happen again.

This season is reported to be one of the most compelling of the series and the official synopsis for the season states:

Unity, anger and a list of demands. The women of Litchfield have seized the spotlight, and they’re not backing down until they’re taken seriously.

According to a review with The Hollywood Reporter, this season does not play it safe and the review reads:

After watching 10 of the first 13 episodes of the fifth season, one can surely give Kohan and Orange Is the New Black credit for refusing to play it safe. The fifth season deviates wildly from what came before it in terms of episodic rhythms, overall narrative urgency and tonal pitch. In some cases, the heightened stakes of the season help deliver some of the show’s best performances yet and beats of staggering emotion. In other cases, a series that has reliably been careful to treat even the ugliest behavior with nuance pushes to such extremes that it threatens to undermine a lot of what came before.

Prior to the premiere, 10 of the 13 episode titles have leaked and we have them listed below:

1 – “Riot FOMO”
2 – “Fuck, Marry, Frieda”
3 – “Pissters!” Phil Abraham
4 – “Litchfield’s Got Talent”
5 – “Sing It, White Effie”
6 – “Flaming Hot Cheetos, Literally”
7 – “Full Bush, Half Snickers”
8 – “Tied to the Traintracks”
9 – “The Tightening”
10 – “The Reverse Midas Touch”

As for future seasons of the show, iDigitalTimes reports that OITNB has already been okay’ed for a couple more seasons after season 5.
