Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry is pregnant with her third child and she definitely took her time revealing the news, as well as revealing the baby daddy. Lowry is already a mother to sons Lincoln Marshall Marroquin, 3, and Isaac Elliot Rivera, 7. Both of her other sons are from previous relationships to ex-boyfriend Jo Rivera and ex-husband Javi Marroquin. In addition, both men appear with Lowry on Teen Mom 2. As for her new baby daddy, it looks like Lowry is on this journey alone for the most part.
On the new season of the show, viewers get to see Lowry’s journey through pregnancy and she breaks the news about her having a baby to ex Rivera by saying:
That’s crazy, how do you feel about that? I mean, I don’t want to talk about it. But I also feel like I’m seeing all of this s— that Jenelle [Evans] has gone through with having three kids with three people …
Jenelle Evans is a co-star on the show, who has three children by three different men as well.
When Lowry announced her baby news, she did so on her personal blog in a post titled “Exciting News!” Lowry wrote:
I am pregnant. I’m sad that I should have known that people in my life would sell me out before I was ready. Like any normal person, I want it to be a happy time. I wanted this to be a private time so I could be excited while not getting chased by paparazzi and bothered with crazy headlines. Please know this was a choice I made, I already know some won’t agree but I’ve been showered with support by the ones I love since I found out. Why did I wait? I’ve had a lot of health complications leading up to this pregnancy and I was not ready to release such private information on my own just yet being that I am so high risk with this pregnancy. I didn’t want to announce just to have another miscarriage and suffer through another grief.
She continued:
Of course, I was filmed on the show saying I didn’t want any more kids but I’m pregnant again. I know so many will have comments on this but here’s the thing — I didn’t want to bring another child into a failing marriage. Shortly after I started having complications, the option of having more kids was almost taken away from me. When I started thinking long and hard, I knew I wanted more. This was the choice I made. This is the baby I thought I wasn’t sure if I could have.
So, will viewers get to see Lopez on the show this season? In a sneak peek of the show, Lowry says that:
He doesn’t want to be on the show. He doesn’t want his other hoes to know about me!
