On Friday, July 7, lawyer Lisa Bloom posted the following update on Twitter.

Previously, Blac Chyna had talked to her lawyer about her options following her ex Rob Kardashian’s social media rant. According to People Magazine, Chyna is taking things very seriously. Although she has not filed a lawsuit just yet, her attorney told the site that they are looking into her legal options at this time.

“I am exploring all legal remedies and protections available to my client at this time in attempts to best advise her on how she may want to proceed,” Chyna’s attorney Walter Mosley told People Magazine.

While many people had been wondering if Chyna could sue Kardashian for posting “revenge porn” (he shared several private, completely nude photos of his ex on social media), TMZ previously reported that he probably didn’t violate the law. Why? Because Chyna actually “liked” the photos on Instagram.

The California law clearly states that “a person who intentionally distributes the image of the intimate body part of another … knowing they’ll cause emotional distress,” is in violation of the revenge porn law. However, since Chyna “liked” the pictures, it would stand to say that she was not in any kind of “emotional distress.” However, that’s not to say what Kardashian’s intentions were.

Meanwhile, there are a few other things that Chyna might be able to sue Kardashian for following Wednesday’s social media show. For instance, Chyna might decide to seek sole custody of the couple’s daughter, Dream, which would absolutely crush Kardashian as he spends a lot of time with his daughter and seems to really enjoy doing so. If she’s out to get him back for what he did, things could get very ugly.

Interestingly enough, a source told TMZ that Chyna would “never” go to the police and file a report against Kardashian. While she may not be getting the police involved, it does sound like she plans on taking legal action.

People Magazine spoke with a source who claimed that Kardashian has been “sending people to [Chyna’s] house” to “pick up things that don’t even exist.”

“There needs to be boundaries set as it’s currently getting out of hand,” the source said. It sounds like this may have prompted Chyna to seek a restraining order against her ex.

In addition, Kardashian could be facing legal repercussions from Chyna’s two hook-ups, Rarri True and Mechie. Kardashian exposed Rarri’s phone number on social media, which could be considered an invasion of privacy.
