Alexis Waters was a contestant on Nick Viall’s season of The Bachelor and she showed up in a shark costume, that she still insists is a dolphin costume. Tonight, she appears on the premiere of Bachelor in Paradise as a cast member, again showing up in the shark costume. This leads some of the men to question her true intentions when it comes to being on the show. Jack Stone joked to the cameras that he has to ask himself about Waters’ “porpoise” on the show.
But, Waters isn’t the only contestant to show up in a strange outfit. Matt Munson appeared on Rachel Lindsay’s season of The Bachelorette and donned a penguin costume for his limo arrivals. Again, he makes his entrance in the same outfit. Think Waters and Munson are a match made in heaven? Whether they are meant to be down the road or not, Reality Steve reports that the two do not get together on Bachelor in Paradise.
Canadian Daniel Maguire has also returned and again, brought his Canadian Flag speedo bathing suit.
So, why does Waters sport a “dolphin costume” on the show? She is apparently an “aspiring dolphin trainer,” she loves the ocean and if she could be any animal, it would be a dolphin … or a dog.
Waters joins several of her fellow cast members from Nick Viall’s The Bachelor, who are very excited to see her. So, if anything, at least Waters makes a splash with her friends on the show. On this past season of The Bachelorette, Waters showed up twice with several former contestants to help her friend Rachel Lindsay in her quest to find love. Lindsay ended up engaged to a chiropractor from Miami, Florida, named Dr. Bryan Abasolo.
