Tonight, Fear the Walking Dead is airing a two-part, back-to-back season finale. Tonight’s episode will be two hours long, so set your DVRs accordingly if you’re not watching live. The episode starts at 9 p.m. Eastern. Read on below for more details on Season 3 finale.
This season has elevated Fear to new levels, causing many fans to believe the show is now on par with The Walking Dead or possibly even better. A lot has happened this season. We lost Travis, and Madison, Alicia and Nick seemed to handle that loss really well. Then they found the ranch, but things were never easy has they had to battle a growing feud with Walker’s group. Meanwhile, Strand and Daniel were dealing with problems of their own at the dam. Daniel eventually took over (to a degree) and he and Strand had a major falling out. Madison had to take out Otto in order to bring peace, but Troy was kicked out because he was unstable. Nick felt a strange need to protect Troy, which led to Jake’s death and a zombie horde destroying the ranch. Now everyone’s separated again. Madison, Strand, and Walker are with Daniel at the dam. Nick and Troy are trying to steer clear of Madison and do their own thing. And Alicia has gone off on her own, finding a new companion and a new life. Some fans think that Madison is actually the villain of the show and driving everyone away. But not everyone agrees with that assessment.
In Fear the Walking Dead‘s timeline, we’re right around (or just past) the time when Rick was waking up from his coma. We now know there’s going to be a crossover between the two shows, but it won’t happen until sometime next season. We don’t know which character, or whether the crossover will happen in the FTWD universe or in The Walking Dead universe.
