Max on Stranger Things 2: Sadie Sink's Character

A new addition to Stranger Things 2 is Max, played by Sadie Sink. She plays Billy’s younger stepsister, and they have a very unhealthy relationship, to say the least. (Minor spoilers below for Max on Stranger Things.)

Max is tough, confident, and more of a tomboy in character. That’s why she’ll fit in so well with the current cast of young stars. She’s a skateboard pro, pretty much, which also makes her pretty impressive among some of her peers. But she has a very protective stepbrother who’s quite suspicious of anyone who hangs out with Max.

If Max looks familiar, maybe it’s because Sadie has been acting since she was 11 (Sadie’s now 14.) She even starred in the Broadway production of Annie. She’s known for her role as Suzanne Ballard on American Odyssey. She also played young Queen Elizabeth in the Broadway show The Audience. You might also remember her from Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, another Netflix show. She’s also appeared on The Americans.
