Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2017 Live Stream: How to Watch it Online

Tonight airs the 2017 Victoria Secret Fashion show at 10 p.m. ET/PT on the CBS network. This year’s show took place in Shanghai, China and some models had difficulty making it into the country. Even performer Katy Perry was not allowed in and her visa was reportedly revoked. Despite the hiccups, the show must go on. There are six segments in the show this year – Punk Angels, Porcelain Angel, Winter’s Tale, Millenial Nation, Goddesses and Nomadic Angel. Harry Styles, Miguel, Leslie Odom Jr. and Jane Zhang are the set performers. Styles performs his song “Kiwi,” Miguel sings “Pineapple Skies” and “Told You So”, Odom performs “Winter Song” and Zhang is performing a medley of “Work For It”, “808,” and Dust My Shoulders Off. Model Lais Ribeiro is rocking the $2 million “Champagne Nights Fantasy Bra” this year, while Elsa Hosk is wearing a $1 million Swarovski outfit and Alessandra Ambrosio is wearing Swarovski wings. There are several newcomers as models this year, in addition to runway veterans like Karlie Kloss. Victoria’s Secret Angel Martha Hunt recently spoke with CBS about walking in the Shanghai show. She stated that, “t was our first time bringing our show that far. Everyone in China was so warm and welcoming toward us. It was such a wonderful experience … It was the first time doing it in an arena for us. There was a huge crowd with lots of screaming from the Chinese fans.” Hunt also revealed that a tradition the girls have after the show is to have a pizza party.

  • In 2014, Karlie Kloss parted ways with the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show and now, after three years away, she has returned to the catwalk. Gigi Hadid was originally schedule to be a part of the show, but her appearance has been cancelled. Even so, her sister Bella Hadid still appears. A China superstar named Jane Zhang is one of the show’s performers this year and Pop Sugar reports that she has made a name for herself, even teaming up with music artists including Timbaland and Big Sean. Zhang is nicknamed the “Dolphin Princess.”

Model Irina Shayk was unable to appear in this year’s fashion show, but last year she walked the catwalk pregnant. Shayk is actually not the first model to walk the VS runway with a baby bump. Alessandra Ambrosio walked the runway pregnant in 2011, along with Lily Aldridge in that same show. Doutzen Kroes also strutted down the catwalk while expecting a baby.
