Town Hall
• The Town Hall is the most important building you’ll ever put together in Clash of Clans. This building lies at the heart of your village. Upgrading your Town Hall (maximum level – level 10) leads to you unlocking new types of defensive forts, other buildings and additional traps. You’re much better off placing your Town Hall in the center or someone near the middle of your village since it’s the home base of your entire game’s progress.
• Town Halls take forever to destroy, but you can sacrifice it for that 12-hour protective status if you’re crazy enough to do it. If an invading army takes it down, you’ll be granted 12-hours of immunity against any more player attacks. Use that time to get your Town Hall and your village back up to snuff. If you’re overprotective of your Town Hall, place it within range of your strongest defensive buildings. This means you should surround your Town Hall with Wizard Towers, Hidden Telsa’s and more. And make sure you place a good amount of Walls around your Town Hall.
• Make sure you upgrade any of the buildings and troops you’ve unlocked before you bring your Town Hall up one level. For players who want to adopt farming tactics, you’ll be more prone to place your Town Hall outside your walls. That way, raiding players will take it down easily and give you the opportunity to raid their base right after. For those who want to acquire more in-game trophies, just place your Town Hall in the center of your base.
