‘Batman: Arkham Knight’ Release Date Pushed Back

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has announced this morning that my most anticipated game of the year, Batman: Arkham Knight, has been delayed yet again, this time until June 23 (just a few days after E3 2015).

This will be a three week delay from the game’s previously scheduled release date of June 2, and this isn’t the first Batman: Arkham Knight release date delay that we’ve seen, either. The game was originally scheduled for release in October 2014, but it was delayed to June. So, technically, this is an 8 month delay from the original announced release date.

WB also released a brand new trailer this morning to soften the blow a bit — it didn’t work, by the way — showing some Batman: Arkham Knight gameplay. I guess it’ll have to do in the meantime, though, while we all wait impatiently for what looks to be the best Batman game ever made.
