‘Red Dead Redemption 2’ Officially Confirmed for Fall 2017

After teasing us for two days, the Rockstar Twitter has officially announced Red Dead Redemption 2.

In case you missed it, two days ago the GTA and Red Dead developer tweeted an image of their logo against the iconic Red Dead background. Yesterday, they tweeted another image with seven cowboy-esque figures silhouetted against the horizon.

This morning, they tweeted the above image with a link to the official site, which describes the game as “an epic tale of life in America’s unforgiving heartland. The game’s vast and atmospheric world will also provide the foundation for a brand new online multiplayer experience.” This confirms what we predicted yesterday regarding the seven cowboys signifying multiplayer. Also, according to IGN, Rockstar parent company Take-Two has registered a domain name for Red Dead Online.

As seen above, the trailer is scheduled to release on October 20 at 11 a.m. EST, so be sure to check back and stay tuned for all your gaming news.
