As you play through Injustice 2 you’ll begin to earn a rather large amount of gear which can be used to level up your fighters. These items are typically earned through Mother Boxes, however, you can also obtain these upgrades by simply playing the game either online or offline. Once you start gathering items you are going to want to clear out your inventory space. This can be done by selling unneeded equipment for credits, which can then be turned around and used to buy more Mother Boxes.
To sell your gear, open up the Character Customization tab and then select a character that has weapons and armor you want to remove. Click R1(PS4) or RB (Xbox One) to bring up the inventory tab where you can see all the items you have for that specific character. From here you can then “Mark For Sale” by highlighting a specific gear piece and pressing Triangle (PS4) or Y (Xbox One). You can mark as many items as you want and then all you have to do is hit X (PS4) or A (Xbox One). This will instantly sell your useless items and net you some cash to spend.
Remember, any item that has an “E” in the top right corner is what you currently have equipped, so make sure not to mark those down to sell. This is one of the quickest ways to gain credits in Injustice 2 and since the Mother Boxes are level locked you will more than likely end up selling their contents. We recommend saving up for either Silver (5,000 Credits) or Gold (25,000 Credits) Mother Boxes as they will offer the best gear outside of Platinum and Diamond. It’s important to dress fashionably in Injustice 2, so make sure to only keep the best items around.
